◆ Adopt two sets of control systems, PWM constant pressure system and three-phase load discharging system.

◆ PWM constant pressure control is 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine generator.   In case of exceeding the scope of PWM constant pressure power, the three-phase load discharging will automatically start. After operation for 10-20 minutes, the three-phase load discharging will stop load discharging and the wind turbine generator will re-start to resume power supply, as a result, safe operation of the overall wind turbine generation system is ensured.

◆ Under the conditions of strong or super-strong wind, the controller will conduct constant pressure output and provide DC constant power supply to ensure normal operation of the inverter.

◆ Under the condition of disconnected grid-connected inverter, the controller will conduct constant pressure output to wait for inverter resumption.

◆ When the power grid is off, the three-phase load discharging of the controller will automatically start and the inverter will stop grid output. When the grid power resumes, the controller stops three-phase load discharging and the inverter will resume power supply.

◆ According to the category of the wind turbine generator, the controller can be additionally equipped with mechanical yawing, swing-tai, mechanical or hydraulic, pneumatic, magnetic and other brake functions.

◆ The inside of the controller is equipped with lightening protection device. Contain the transit over voltage penetrating into the wind turbine generator within the voltage scope bearable to the equipment or system or conduct the strong lightening current into the earth to avoid equipment damage posed by lightening impact.

◆ LED status indication: The frontal panel is equipped with indications of wind turbine generator, load discharging, stop delay time, under pressure, grid power and DC output voltage.

◆ Voltmeter indication: Indicate DC output voltage of the controller.

◆ The controller is equipped with emergency stop switch; in case of emergency, press down the emergency stop button in the front panel to cut off all power supply of the controller and the wind turbine generator will immediately carry out three-phase load discharging.

◆ The controller is equipped with manual three-phase load discharging switch; the user may use it according to actual circumstances. When using this switch, the wind turbine generator will forcibly carry out three-phase load discharging.
